Unlike shot blasting this process is non aggressive.

Ideal for : Engine and Gearbox Casings , Cylinder Heads , Blocks , Carbs , Crank
Cases , motorcycle wheel hubs , Barrels , Brackets , Side Covers , etc...
Can also finish parts in Magnesium , Brass , Titanium and some steel parts.

Using 150 / 200 micron glass media transported in a high pressure water jet
providing a non aggressive vapour blasted "as new" finish to alloy surfaces.
Unlike dry bead blasting this leaves a smooth satin easier to clean surface

Ideal for : Classic Restorations / Race Engine preparation / Engine Rebuilds
Process improves surface finish by removing surface corrosion and stains
Ideal for aged / classic aluminium castings

Parts supplied must be Completely Stripped down (please remove all roller , needle and ball bearings, Plain bushings , studs and dowels can be left fitted.
Parts must be Unpainted and Reasonably Degreased.
